International Conference on ‘Women as Agent of Peace’
Two days International Conference ‘Pakistani Women as Agents of Peace’ was held at Avari Hotel, Lahore on 07-08 Mar 2020. Program was hosted by Provincial Minister of Punjab for Women Development, Ashifa Riaz Fatyana, whereas Information Minister, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan was the Chief Guest. Conference focused on understanding of the role that woman can play in countering violent extremism in light of Dukhtaran-e-Pakistan narrative.
