  • Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan guarantees the basic rights i.e Socio-economic justice, equal in the eyes of law, political justice, freedom of expression, belief, worship and gathering.
  • Declaring the Govt, Army and other Security Agencies as non-muslimand any armed struggle against them is contrary to the teaching of Islam and tantamounts to rebellion and is “Haram” as per Islamic injunction and Sharia.
  • All religious scholars stand with the Armed Forces and whole nation declares its cooperation to the forces and other law enforcement agencies of Pakistan.

  • Land of Pakistan will not be used for the promotion, ideological and physical perpetration of terrorism and its recruitment, terrorism in other countries of the world or any other nefarious activities.  
  • For the protection of the deprived strata of the society like elderly persons, women, children, handicapped and eunuch etc, implementation of the Islamic system both at Public and private level is essential. Moreover establishment of Islamic institutes on human values and Islamic Brotherhood is need of the hour.
  • Non-muslims enjoy the similar kind of rights as the muslims and they have the freedom of worship as per the teaching of their religion.
  • Emphasis on women rights as per Islamic teaching like destruction of their schools, honour killing, marriage with Quran and breach of other rights is strictly prohibited in Sharia. Ulama emphasized Govt to ensure women rights in inheritance.
  • Emphasized discouraging hate speeches through use of Loud Speaker, TV Channels etc and legally prohibiting them.
  • Freedom of expression on electronic media be brought within the limits of the Law and such programmes be banned who are damaging the Islamic identity of Pakistan.
